The Corona virus has become a daily source of conversation among children & teens alike. They are hearing it in conversations from their parents, social media, the news and their friends. Words like quarantine, social distancing and Covid-19 are now a part of their vocabulary. Their lives have been disrupted and daily life is not the same.
We offer workshops for parents of children that suffer from anxiety. In this one-hour workshop we will discuss strategies to help your child:
Find outlets to help them manage their anxiety.
Channel their feelings through creative measures.
Know they are not alone & safe. |
