We've all seen those videos about how it's better to be a leader than a boss, but what are the skills necessary to become that idolized leader? We will discuss how to inspire willing surrender [rather than forceful defeat] and devotion [without fear of consequence]. From both the Master's and slave's perspective, participants will learn about the qualities that make an effective leader and how to reinforce behavior so that it becomes habit.

PRESENTERS:

Sexually liberated, radically rebellious, Master and slave. Sir Luke and His victor manifest a sacred exchange of will and surrender through sanguineous Leathersex, intentional structure and discipline, and shared personal truth. Though their way of life is quiet and discreet, they live in the margins and on the edge to uncover hidden purpose and empowerment. They answered each other's calling on the concrete floor of the dungeon, undeniably conquering fear and hesitation, and haven't looked back.

Sir Luke and His victor are Southeast Master/slave 2019 and Florida Power Exchange 2016/2017. They have presented internationally on eroticism in leathercare and the healing aspects of structured lifestyles. When they're not doing work in the community, they enjoy their home sanctuary, where victor can sit at Sir Luke's feet in their dungeon and exist as Master and slave.
