Come an experience this monthly Dance Meditation in Langley, BC. Held on a Saturday afternoon, the structure is typically a brief meditation followed by gratitude activities and into an hour of dance. A great setlist is created for this event. No experience necessary. Dress comfortably.
All ages. All genders. All nations. Children/youth are welcome so long as they are engaged and participating in the spirit of the event.
Ground level entrance is available. Cushions or chairs available for those who wish to move their souls but not their bodies.
