A one day workshop taught by Jeanne Hamilton

Join Jeanne Hamilton for a day of color, fun and pastels!
Some things the class will cover:

~ Variety and quality of supplies
~ Basic line making
~ Importance of value and contrast
~ Basic color theory
~ Composition
~ Care of finished piece
~ Work from life and photos
Pastel has been Jeanne's favorite painting medium for the last sixteen years. Shes a founding member of ARTrails, a signature member of the Northwest Pastel Society and has received many ribbons and awards for her work. The effect of light on color is her main inspirations.
Jeanne mainly paints landscapes but also enjoys animal portraits and an occasional human figure. Her work can be seen at the Rectangle Gallery in Centralia and various venues with ARTrails exhibits.
