Doula Deb is a Birth & Certified Postpartum Doula, and a Certified Sleep Consultant and has been supporting families since 2008. Her experience as a Sleep Consultant includes broad spectrum training in many gentle sleep methods, including the biology of sleep, sleep hygiene, newborn care, child development, and infant feeding as well as many family health and wellness topics.
You will learn what you need to know to help set your baby up for the best sleep biologically possible? If you are pregnant or have a baby 4 months old and under, this class is for you! You will learn all about how to best support your baby in the first few months and what to expect in the upcoming months as well.
