The 6th international Conference on Tone and Intonation in Europe (TIE2014) is jointly organised by the Utrecht Institute of Linguistics (UiL-OTS) and the Leiden University Centre of Linguistics (LUCL), and will take place at Utrecht University, the Netherlands on September 10-12, 2014.
The TIE conference series has been a biennial event since 2004, bringing together researchers on the phonetic, phonological, and typological aspects of tone and intonation in a wide variety of languages. TIE2014 continues the tradition of the TIE conference series and at the same time, gives special attention to psycholinguistic aspects of prosody.
