Run for Zero Waste will be located at Stairwell 17 at Ocean Beach in San Francisco on March 21, 2020 to promote Zero Waste awareness and celebrate the close of Zero Waste Week.

Race Festival Presented by Park Chalet
The race after party will take place at Park Chalet South Lawn.
The Festival will include speakers, zero waste demonstration, mermaids, awards, Yoga, music, raffle, a Beer Garden, light breakfast, and sponsored education stations.

This environmental Fun Run is designed to address the vision and need of Zero Waste through action, education, and community partners! Zero Waste principles can help heal our planet and protect its resources through conservation, reuse, and recycling. These efforts can have a significant impact on greenhouse gas reduction. With our climate changing, the urgency to educate ourselves on its impact and how to prevent irreversible trends is immediate.

The event is a benefit for Race to Zero Waste, an environmental nonprofit organization dedicated to zero waste projects and education. The mission is to educate communities about the destructive impact of single-use disposables and provide zero waste solutions and effective alternatives to reduce waste downstream.

This event does not offer refunds at this time; however, we will honor your ticket at the next event.
