Graduate of an engineering diploma in building energy in France, Damien has several years of experience in the field of construction on sustainable building themes. In his role with Coop Carbon, Damien supports companies and organizations in carrying out their GHG inventories, establishing emissions reduction plans and GHG quantification of projects. As part of the greenhouse gas management team, he specializes in building, energy, mobility and the circular economy.

Building on the acquisition in 2014 of the consulting firm ÉcoRessources, the alliance between Fondaction CSN, Desjardins Group, La Coop fédérée (now Sollio), C3E and the Association québécoise pour la maîtrise de l'énergie (AQME) led to the creation of Coop Carbone. The objective of this new entity is to support the fight against climate change and to contribute collectively to the efforts and targeted projects so that we can accelerate and achieve a solidarity-based, prosperous and green recovery.

Coop Carbone is evolving in a new era of business based on complicity, transparency and, above all, the social responsibility of organizations. More than a solidarity cooperative, Coop Carbone is a partner that communicates directly with the DNA related to the social responsibility of its members and partners
