Every year when the cows return back from the high mountain meadows there is a celebration of the magic of Transhumance. Join us in welcoming this year's selection of the Alpage culminating in a 6 cheese tasting featuring some of the rarest cheeses from Switzerland.
Brought to you by Maker to Monger and their partnership with Fromage Gruyere S.A., this interactive tasting session will teach you about the long standing traditions of alpine cheesemakers as well as the differences in flavors across the Swiss mountain ranges.
