Mixing violin and harp looped expertly to create dense and evolving soundscapes as the bedrock to dense harmonies and pithy lyrics. Maya's singles have been featured in SNACK mag, Rock-n-Roller magazine, played on BBC Radio Scotland, while her live performances at Celtic Connections ("magical") and AMPLIFI have been well received.
