Adah Hetko and Kaia Berman Peters are members of the Yiddish/klezmer quartet Levyosn. Adah is a leading Yiddish singer-songwriter on the international Yiddish culture scene, a regular faculty/staff member at Yiddish New York and KlezKanada, and has worked for the Yiddish Book Center and YIVOs Yiddish-language programs. Kaia Chaia Berman Peters is a vocalist and accordionist who has studied klezmer with Hankus Netsky, Alan Bern, and Jeff Warschauer and continues to bring her love of Jewish ritual and celebration to the music through new compositions and use of electronic music mediums. The two will share their stories in conversation with Seth Rogovoy.
