Moving, Breathing, and Writing through Grief - Holidays

In these four 90-minute sessions, you'll care for your body with gentle movement and breathwork, followed by a period of writing from a prompt focused on an aspect of grief. Facilitated by Dallas Rising, a yoga instructor who specializes in somatic grief work. Participants should have reliable high-speed internet access, be able to log into a Zoom room, and plan to have a yoga mat or blanket, a journal or notebook, and a pen. This experience will be best suited for people who are grieving the death of a loved one, though it doesn't matter if the loss is recent or not.

* Note, the movement portion of this series is very gentle and accessible. Please feel free to reach out if you have concerns.

** Zoom cameras can be off or on, as your comfort dictates.
