THE SKY'S FLOOR
With Accompanying Educational Workshop

Lane Gifford/LaneCoArts, Margaret Lawrence, and Yin-Han Zoe Yang
LaneCoArts in association with Cove Street Arts, will present a unique, full-length performance titled The Sky's Floor, in the stunning 8000 sq. ft. multi-disciplinary art space at 6:00 pm on April 29 & 30, 2022. An educational workshop will be offered on Saturday April 30th at 2:00 pm. The centerpiece of this event is a series of new paintings by well-known local artist, Margaret Lawrence, contemporary dance by choreographer Lane Gifford and LaneCoArts company members, and an original score by international composer Yin-Han Zoe Yang. Also featured will be video designed by Marcus Bonila/WORKedit. This exciting collaboration explores themes of climate and chaos theory and its relationship to social interaction and unrest.
