Featuring a program of works re-imagined for the clarinet, including Pablo de Sarasate's Carmen Fantaisie, Alexander Scriabin's Seven Preludes, and J.S. Bach's Concerto for Two Violins in D minor. Help us reach our goal of raising $1000 for CAMP to kickstart their fall fundraiser!
Performers: Nora Shaffer, Clarinet Daniel Linsenmann, Piano Lake Effect Clarinet Quartet.
Full proceeds from this concert will be donated to the Chicago Arts and Music Project (CAMP), a 501c3 organization. CAMP envisions a world where music is accessible regardless of social standing, addresses community needs, encourages youth leadership and civic engagement, and inspires a new generation of excellent, diverse, and collaborative musicians. CAMP exists to provide free El Sistema orchestral training in Chicagos East Garfield Park neighborhood.
