If you are feeling the overwhelm then it is time now more than ever to return to your breath.
Join Jessie who will lead you through a series of breathing exercises to release tension and stress in the body and bring you into a state of calm.
Suitable for beginners. Please ensure you complete questionnaire outlining any existing medical conditions before joining so Jessie is able to fully support you during the class.
What will you need:
* A quiet comfortable space to lie down for the session where you will not be disturbed. Or you can position yourself at a 45 degree angle if more comfortable. This is also recommended if you have any respiratory issues/ asthma/ high blood pressure/ heart conditions.
* A pillow for added comfort.
* A blanket.
* An eye pillow (optional for relaxation).
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
