Greetings from Cobalt Grille,
This year we are hosting a series of Cultural Dinners. Featuring Wines, Liquors and Cuisine from around the globe.
Chef Alvin Williams will be joined by various Guest Chefs to bring you an authentic dining experience.
Our Second Dinner of the series "East Meets West" features Special Guest Chef Ross Riddle of Hashi Chow fame.

Meet Ross Riddle of @hashichow (private chef and pop up series conductor). Hashi, in Japanese, means bridge, the idea being: bridging of east and west cooking techniques and ingredients with a focus on the bounty of the Mid-Atlantic region. From teenage late night room-over-garage munchie feasts, to cooking at the James Beard house, his career as a chef spans 22 years in the Virginia Beach area and Tidewater as a whole. The ambitions for this path are centered around sharing in the spirit of gathering over a meal, and finding gratitude and joy throughout!
