Thank you for being a part of our foolsFURY community. 2019 was a great year for us! With your help and support, we produced the west coast premiere of Dionysus Was Such a Nice Man by Kate Tarker, brought on Claudia Alick in the new position of Guest Festival Director, welcomed back Barney O'Hanlon for a SITI company workshop intensive and launched the foolsFURY MOMENTUM Training program. All this in the midst of our 21st anniversary.

Sunday, January 26th at 6:30 pm at Joe Goode Annex foolsFURY invites you to a thought-provoking and thoroughly fun new year gathering. Get a sneak peek of what's to come in 2020, enjoy live art and community and find out how you can take part in the 8th biennial FURY Factory Festival of Ensemble and Devised Theater.

Enjoy an evening of curated scenes, short plays, stories, rants, and poems, read aloud by professional actors and you, our audience at large while sampling delicious sweets and bites, wine and beer, fascinating people and community.

THIS YEAR ONLY: foolsFURY will perform excerpts from our 21-year body of work. What will we dust off? You have to be there for this one-night experience!

Admission is FREE. Bring your friends. RSVPing strongly encouraged.

WRITERS, PROVOCATEURS ARTIVISTS AND THE LIKE! We are accepting writing submissions for this event. See details below.

Submissions are open to the public and will be curated by foolsFURY. A handful of texts will be selected and will be assigned to audience members during our ever-popular and not-yet-patented Reading Roulette, in which willing audience members put their names into the hat in the hopes of reading one of the selected texts.

Guidelines:
Please respond to the prompt:
"The new Ab/normal"

The works may be in narrative, dramatic, or poetic formats (or whatever else comes to mind.)
Whatever the form, they should benefit from being read aloud.
They should be short: 1-3 minutes total.
Ideally 1-2 readers/characters.
