Enjoy deep guided meditation and relaxation followed by a yoga flow for all levels. Yoga will be led by Kolos Urbanyi. Acupuncture will be done by Dr. Alicia Johnson.
You may want a blanket or a sweatshirt. When you lie down for acupuncture, you will want to be warm and comfortable. You may also want to bring any props you need to lie comfortably on the ground for 45 minutes. Acupuncture needles will be used to help you sink into deep restful meditation. |
