The Nursery offer a broad-based training that approaches improv in four different ways in the four different core modules. These six-week courses and weekend intensives concentrate on spontaneity, emotion, character and storytelling. You can take anyone alone, pick your way through them, or do all four back to back for a comprehensive grounding in the core skills of improv.

This course takes place over 6 Wednesdays from 7pm-9.30pm

STORYTELLING
Humans live, talk and navigate the world through stories and the Nurserys storytelling module gives you the tools and skills to create and use them in your everyday life. By learning story structures, techniques and hacks, you will connect scenes and characters in a way that is logical, fluid and satisfying to watch. You will make stories that are driven by emotion, putting your characters through highs and the lows. You will also learn to connect with your audience and charm them by just being yourself onstage. Ideal for people who want to improve their public speaking or presentations skills, or who are bored of reading their children the same story a hundred times!
