Denver Art Song Project and Robert Osborne return for a night of excitement, humor and fun with one of the world' s most beloved stories of Don Quixote.
After a lifetime of reading books on chivalry, one old man proclaims himself a "knight" and sets out on a quest to revive chivalry and bring justice to the world. A splendid tapestry of love, daring and adventure of this story invites us to toss reality and dream the impossible!
Robert Osborne will reprise his mesmerizing performance in the title role, with Kathleen Schmidt as Dulcinea and Bradley Thompson playing his long-suffering companion Sancho Panza. It also features a performance of Morins Dom Quixote, in collaboration with the Denver Early Music Consort. |
