Executive Pastry Chef Janina OLeary and Chef de Cuisine Rogelio Garcia are thinking outside the chocolate box by joining forces for their first-ever collaboration dinner. Together, the two have carefully crafted a menu that highlights the many chocolates of Valrhona, makers of unique, artisan French chocolates. With guidance from Valrhonas expert chocolatier, each chef will masterfully prepare courses that incorporate complementary chocolates into each dish. This savory and sweet experience will take you on a tour of a range of chocolates from rare cocoa beans, allowing you to taste the nuances each has to offer. The multi-course experience is completed with a selection of wines hand-picked from Spruces award-winning wine cellar.
