Walk-in registrations are accepted beginning at 8 am on November 3, 2018.


This year's Fall meeting is hosted by the Shenandoah Valley Beekeepers Association and will be held at Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave, VA

The following presentations will be offered:

Dr. Meghan Milbrath will present "Small Scale Queen Rearing", "Towards Treatment-free", and "Overwintering."

Ed Karle will share a "Case Study of 4 hives in 1 apiary followed over 3 years" and "Hive Adjustments for Health, Population or to Encourage Honey Harvest".

We'll also have a very brief review of EAS 2018.

An optional lunch consisting of a hot pork barbecue sandwich, coleslaw, macaroni salad, baked beans, potato chips & a drink is offered by the Shenandoah Valley Beekeepers Association for a nominal fee.

Registration through this site is available to current VSBA members and expired/non-members. Payment is by credit card.    Prices are the same as for mail-in-registrations, with a discount for current members.  Online registration is open through October 23, 2018 with a discount for early registrations through October 16,2018.

On Saturday, November 3rd, Walk In Registration will open at 8 AM with the meeting beginning at 9 AM. Presentations and vendors continue until 5:00 PM.
