There are no two finer words in friendship than Doug Sohn. Our buddy Doug closed his restaurant (you may have heard of it? Hot Dougs?) a couple of years ago but we still yearn for the encased meat happiness that is his style of food. So weve convinced him to come out for a night of chefy collaboration, camaraderie, and cold beer. (Wasnt that hard.) Well dish out a slightly south of the border version of Dougs, featuring his Chorizo Sausage with Shredded Chihuahua, Pickled Peppers & Onions, & Avocado Crema, and dish it up with Duck Fat Tortilla Chips with Candied Jalapeno Queso. Dessert is something Doug leaves to us, as he prefers bourbon. So well put together a little Horchata Puddin Cup, Market Strawberries, Puffed Rice Crunch, Dehydrated Strawberries.
Tickets include four 10 ounce pours of Half Acre beers.
