This conference is for health care providers, not the general public.

Early-bird registration for the Conference is only available until Wednesday, August 8, 2018.
Registration closes at 6 pm on Thursday, September 11th.

Looking to be a Vendor?

Vendor Registration includes one registration, breakfast, lunch and a 6 foot table with a tablecloth. Additional people will need to register for the conference. There are a limited number of tables with electrical hook-up available, so register early as they are first-come, first-serve.
