While Martha Graham Cracker is on hiatus in Las Vegas, we're using her 2nd Thursday slot at L'Etage to showcase some of our favorite musical friends in the Philadelphia area.
In March, we bring you The Hot Club of Philadelphia with guest vocalist Laura Munich. The Hot Club is a jazz quartet dedicated to preserving and playing the music of Django Reinhardt while adding their own sound into the mix. Since 2001, they have brought their French, gypsy sounds to every corner of Philadelphia.
For this very special one-night-only performance, Hot Club will be joined during the first set by Philadelphia jazz vocalist Laura Munich, who has been a band leader, musical director, and festival producer, among other things. A true ambassador of the arts.
Doors at 7pm. Showtime is 8pm sharp.
