The Tuckman Residence: sophisticated, innovative, structurally challenging!
Join us on our fi rst educational tour of the year! AIA Fort Lauderdale in conjunction with STRANG Architecture is providing a guided tour to the Tuckman Residence, an evolution of the Strangs unbuilt design for the Mola Residence.
Its an important example of out of the box design being used to take advantage and overcome many obstacles we face while designing in South Florida. During the tour we will be discussing topics such as the general design, building systems, environmental impacts, materials and methods, and predesign.
