It's been a little while since our last show!
Headlining this time around is Matt Gubser!
The San Jose Metro calls Matt "a true comedian, just a laid-back dude with a bone-dry wit."
Matt performs across the country and internationally, touching on topics ranging fatherhood, dating, sex, politics, & religion, intermingling personal anecdotes and biting social commentary, all couched in a comfortable, relaxed delivery.
The Serious Comedy Site called his 2015 album Daddy Issues
"the kind of comedy album you keep on top of your rotation. Gubser is smart, perceptive, and...dark."
Matt was named "Comedian's Comedian" in the 2014 Bay Area Stand Up Comedy Awards. He is a contributor to Savage Henry magazine, and is part of the Ha Ha Heathens comedy tour.
Featuring the hilarious Shannon Murphy. Shannon is a regular at Rooster T Feathers Comedy Club in Sunnyvale and runs a great comedy show at Vinyl Room in Burlingame.
Hosted by Morgan Hill's own Sam Meeker. Sam works around the Bay Area and is a regular at the San Jose Improv. Sam has worked with some of the best in the business - Cristela Alonzo, Anthony Jeselnik, Kevin Pollak, Joey Diaz, Jonah Ray, Esther Ku, Arj Barker and Orny Adams to name a few. Sam also runs a monthly comedy show at 88 Keys Cafe in Morgan Hill |
