festival. Meet our community, strengthen our network. And together lets nurture our passions into existence. All the performances you will see are written, performed, directed, and created completely by RCS. You'll be seeing one of a kind works for the first time ever!

River City Stages is a multi-platform start-up community for you. The Creative. Founded in NYC, RCS was created to inspire, motivate, and connect like-minded individuals who want to do something with their art. Our name River City connects us to Richmond, VA, where many of us received our training. Our main goal is to establish an artistic network. In NYC it can be daunting and frustrating on where to go for being active in theatre, tv or film. How do I make a short film? Where can I listen to this new play I wrote? At River City Stages, were not a clique, or an alumni group. Were writers, directors, actors, and creative individuals that strive to push our passion towards exercising the thing that gives us life. Art.

We invite you to join and support us. 100% of your contributions strengthen our community.
Sets, props, costumes, renting space, light refreshments for performances. And if anys left over, making a symbolic offering to our hardworking artistic professionals.
