Tim Rickard of Rolling River Distillery and Chef Gregory Harrison of Grain & Gristle are scheming up a spirit-filled feast to celebrate Portland's Aquavit week.
This is a pairing supper. This means that the grub and drink have been closely examined to equal a sum greater than its parts. Think a fish filled snack board ranging from smoked to pickled to raw things. Aged roast beef with Aquavit cream. And a boozy riff on Tiramisu to round things out. Cocktails and sippers will keep lips greased.
