This is an event I am organising with the guys from the fantastic Bakery47 on Monday 24th October.
For people who don't know a bit about me...Here's a wee description;
I came to Bridgeview Station with a wealth of experience having worked under Tony Heath (Lets Eat) and latter Willie Dean before moving on to 2AA Opus One Restaurant in Perth we I was head chef for 3 Years maintaining the restaurants 2AA accolades.
My accolades include;
2016 The Scottish Hospitality Awards Central Causal Dining Restaurant of the Year Award
2015/2016 Taste the Best Award from Visit Scotland
2014 Medaille d'Argent Winner
2013 Rising Star Young Chef of the Year
