Wisconsin Foodie Presents a Sausage Workshop with Butcher, Matthew Devan of SA Braai
Spend an afternoon making sausage and pairing your creations with great local beer from Company Brewing!
Matthew Devan has been a butcher for almost 20 years, in three countries. Not only will he share his knowledge, but this workshop will offer a hands-on experience in sausage-making.
Matthew will provide recommendations on best cuts of meat to use, as well as detailed instruction on prepping, seasoning, grinding, and stuffing sausage. Students will receive guidance on how to make, safe high-quality product, as well as proper cooking and grilling tips.
You can choose to get your hands dirty or sit back and watch!

Price: $89 per student. Price includes all supplies, sausage, and snacks to enjoy, as well as a flight of beer.
