Please join the Bloedel Reserve as we feature Integrative Wellness Coach and Forest Therapy Guide Carol Roberge for this exciting and interactive lecture on "The Healing Power of Plants." This fantastic session will include a lecture and slide show on Shinrin-yoku or "Forest Bathing," mindfulness & breathing exercises, and guided reflection. Roberge will lead you through the beautiful Bloedel landscape through a series of guided invitations, then closing with a tea ceremony as gratitude to the land. |
