Participants will gain a theoretical and practical understanding of the self-healing methods, Paida and Lajin with internationally known master teacher, Hongchi Xiao. These methods can be quickly learned and participants will be able to apply these methods themselves.
Paida and Lajin are ways to achieve and maintain optimum health-simple, yet powerful means to self heal by activating your own immune system without relying on medicine, just natural self-healing. Thousands of people world wide are presently practicing these methods and report significant results. Many people who have suffered from migranes, knee problems, frozen shoulder, lower back pain, fatigue, prostate, insomnina, skin and problems with digestion.

Biography: Hongchi Xiao
