2:30 - 4 Leaps and Kicks! In Burlesque? Oh my! (Intermediate level)

Did you ever wonder how to incorporate those awesome kicks and leaps into your burlesque routine? Coco breaks it all down for you. This course is for performers with dance training who are wanting to up the ante in their routines with athletic, yet statuesque, poses, drops and leaps. The class includes an intensive stretch routine, bring a yoga mat if preferred. Wear clothing you can stretch in and wear knee covering if this is of particular concern

Miss Coco Lectric is a Burlesque Performer and Pinup Model based in Texas. She is a founding member of The Jigglewatts Burlesque, Austin, TX and the Headmistress of The Austin Academy of Burlesque. Coco teaches Classic Burlesque and provides individual coaching for upon request. Coco is a classically trained actor, dancer, and vocalist. She uses her love of live performance to grace stages all over the US.
