Thank you to all of our zoo supporters who joined us for trick-or-treating at Zoo Boo. We would like to thank all who attended, including our event sponsors and volunteers. We would not be able to hold Zoo Boo each year without their strong support. We hope to see YOU at ZOO BOO next year!

Trick-or-treat our spooky zoo trails on Halloween , October 31st from 4-8pm (last entry at 7:30pm). Your friends and family will have a spooktacular time with trick-or-treat stations around the zoo!

Pre-event tickets online:

$7/person for zoo members ages 3+

$9/person for non-members ages 3+

Kids ages 2 and under are free

Tickets bought at Zoo Boo at the gate:

$10/person ages 3 and over

Buy online before the event and save money! Have your ticket emailed to you and you can print it or select the mobile e-ticket. We will scan your tickets in a separate line for quick entry. Please note that tickets to this event are non-refundable.

DESCRIPTION: The entire zoo will be decorated in Halloween spirit, so bring your camera to photograph your trick-or-treaters. You can stop by our Coffee Shop to buy a warm drink or food, then swing by our Gift Shop for shopping and souvenirs. The Discovery Center is always open during zoo hours to fight off the chill and learn about how the zoo began through decades of pictures and videos. Be sure to come to Zoo Boo in costume and bring a trick-or-treat bag or bucket. We have tons of candy, activities and safe trick-or-treating fun for everyone!

SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL EVENT SHUTTLE: We will have shuttle parking at South High School with Premier Alaska motor coaches running shuttle rides to and from the zoo every 10-15 minutes during the event. We encourage visitors to use this shuttle option to keep lines moving and reduce congestion at the zoo entrance and parking lots.

Please remember that last entry through the zoo gate for the event will be at 7:30pm, so you will need to arrive at shuttle parking to take a ride to the zoo by 7:15pm.
