Coffee Cupping has been used to evaluate coffee samples by every expert involved in coffee's travel from Farmer to Roaster, but is rarely experienced by the average coffee consumer.
We will explore aroma and flavor profiles using traditional scientific cupping procedures and look for differing or similar characteristics between coffees based on growing region, altitude, washing method, and roasting.
Coffee cupping is mostly done by professionals, but don't worry we'll walk you through the whole process. We guarantee you'll leave thinking differently about your daily cup of coffee.
This event is free every week but space is limited so please reserve your spot and let us know in advance if you'd like to bring a party larger than three so we can accommodate your needs. |
