Curious Appetite's walking tour of the Market and Italian Pasta Demo with a Tuscan Twist

Pike Place Market Atrium Kitchen
Seattle, WA

Sales have ended for this event.

This activity takes guests on a walk through the historic Pike Place Market, visiting iconic purveyors of the Pacific Northwest Bounty. We will discover seasonal, local produce with cooking tips along the way as well as some sample tasting at select stops. The activity ends with a demo on making Kale Tuscan Gnudi with a sage butter sauce. Gnudi are Tuscan Ricotta and Spinach dumplings and are one of the Tuscan pasta dishes cornerstone to Tuscan Cuisine. Instead of Spinach, we will use seasonal Kale, a Pacific Northwest favorite! Gnudi are easy and can be also be made gluten-free or with paleo-friendly flours.
