Ten Thousand Things opens the 2014-15 season with its first-ever production of Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet. A diverse cast takes on Shakespeare's tale of finding love when surrounded by family and societal cultures of violence.
Directed by Peter Rothstein.
Namir Smallwood and Anna Sundberg star as the young lovers, joined by David Darrow, Bob Davis, Kurt Kwan, Dennis Spears, Karen Wiese-Thompson , and Regina Williams.
THIS IS A FREE PERFORMANCE, BUT SEATS ARE LIMITED AND RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
From Minneapolis, take Franklin Ave towards St. Paul. Just after you cross 280, you will take your first right onto Pelham Blvd. Then your first left onto Myrtle Ave. Avalon School will be just in front of you at the corner of Myrtle and Glendale. There is limited space in the parking lot as well as street parking. The performance will take place in the large common area. Enter through the front door. NOT the door from the parking lot. ADA accessible. |
