After completing the volunteer enrollment & screening process, you will be invited to participate in an interactive and FUN Volunteer Orientation. Topics will include team building, learning styles, the essential elements of youth development, 4-H and Extension foundations, and more. These tools will prepare you for your new, or continuing, role with 4-H.
Orientation is required for all new club leaders and 4-H volunteers. Also, if you are a new Kitsap County 4-H club leader or volunteer within the last three years, plan on attending this Orientation! If you have questions, please ask.
Five 4-H volunteer orientations will be offered during July in either Bremerton, Port Townsend or Port Angeles.
