Come and join us in Portugal for a blissful week (or 2) of Yoga and Surfing in LISBON, PORTUGAL.

Set in one of the most stunning beaches of the Portuguese coast the Surf and Yoga Retreat is a 7 day event filled with equal measures of relaxation and activity.

Learn to surf or progress your wave-riding to a new level and enjoy the healing and invigorating energy of practicing yoga by the ocean.

The unique combination of activity, relaxation and healthy nutritious food will ensure you come back feeling invigorated, full of energy and wonderful memories.

The retreat is open to all levels and abilities. Complete beginners are welcome (both in yoga and surfing).

WHY COMBINE YOGA AND SURFING

Yoga is therapeutic, and is essential to get the most from your surfing. To be able to restore and progress faster, many follow the wisdom of yogis to tone and stretch the muscles before and after tackling the waves, but also surfing and yoga state of mind are very similar, so practicing both together will help you to concentrate and relax better.

Doing yoga before a day of surfing dramatically reduces your chances of injury, makes your joints more supple, your muscles more toned, and your mind more focused on control and performance.

Doing yoga after your day of adventure helps your body rejuvenate, restores energy reserves, speeds up your muscle recovery, reduces physical and mental tension, induces relaxation and promotes deep sleep, making you stronger both physically and mentally for the next day.

PRICE

SPECIAL EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT IF YOU RESERVE BEFORE 1 JUNE 2014 - €50 on 1 week package or €100 if you join us for 2 weeks!!

Pay only €85 to reserve! (or €160 for 2 weeks)

€680 per week ( or €630pp if you book before 1 June!).

€1250 for 2 weeks. (or €1150 if you book before 1 june)

The rest can be spread into up to 3 installments or paid in full 2 weeks before the retreat.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES

Transfers to and from Lisbon airport

We will pick you up and drop you off at the airport In a private Surfiberia van, to take away all the hassle of reaching us.

Accommodation

7 nights accommodation Saturday to Saturday in a shared room in a beautiful Surf Lodge. Single occupancy is available at a supplement.

Breakfasts

Delicious, nutritionally balanced, healthy breakfasts served every morning after yoga. Designed by Anna to nourish your body and mind, be healthy and highly nutritious, and give you sustained energy for your surfing all the way through to lunch.

Yoga

5 days of blissful yoga classes, run twice a day Energising morning session 60mins and relaxing evening session 75mins

Surf lessons

5 surf lessons with fully qualified and experienced instructors.

Equipment hire

All surf equipment including wetsuits and boards will be provided.

Trip to Sintra

Unesco Word Heritage city is only a 20 minutes drive away. It has magnificent gardens, architecture and an unforgettable rustic charm. We will be glad to advise on the itinerary, then drop you off and pick you up after your day of enjoying the city on your 'day off'.

Hosts

Karin and Anna will be there to assist with all your needs.

Welcome packs

Special retreat welcome packs will be given to each guest outlining everything you need to know about the retreat and the resort to help make your stay as smooth as possible.

Orientation

We will be happy to recommend best places to visit and best beaches for your ability.

Use of kitchen facilities

The kitchen will be at your disposal to use throughout your stay
