At the beginning of the show, there is a crossword puzzle given to the audience. Each scene of the show is a clue to a word that is filled in by the audience.
None of the clues, words or scenes are prepared. The puzzle and contents are all improvised. There are open scenes as well as puzzle and word improv games.
At the end, the audience decides the theme based on looking at the whole puzzle.
