This is  "And She Bakes.", the YouTube series, live and blown up to stage size.   The crazy cuts happening in real time, the kitchen come to life, and a dance party bursting from "The Bakeress" as she completes her story and her treats for the audience's consumption.  Love and life advice, storytime deliciousness, and a tutu-d blender with an opinion.  The baking ride of a lifetime. Vegan and gluten-free.

Daliya Karnofsky (The Bakeress, Writer, Creator) holds a B.F.A from NYU Tisch and an M.F.A. from the New School for Drama. She performs live and on the web in her original baking series And She Bakes, seen at the opening of NYC's Yotel, Sticky! at The Bowery Poetry Club, and Fresh Ground Pepper, among others. She has also performed live and on the web in the off-Broadway unscripted sitcom Naked in a Fishbowl (Cherry Lane, Edinburgh Fringe). Recent: Celia in the short film Hilde and Celia, directed by Dan Schimpf. Daliya has toured the world as a monologuist, and performed with NYC companies New York Theatre Workshop, Witness Relocation, Red Bull Theater, Les Freres Corbusier, la mama e.t.c., New York Neo-Classical Ensemble, and as a member of the T.S. Eliot US/UK Exchange with the Old Vic in London.www.andshebakes.com

Annie G Levy (Director) is a theatre director, educator and collaborative performer, originally from New York City, who's work has been seen around town, around the county and around the world. This January, she will be creating (as a writer, director and actor) LATVIA/LATVIA, an evening of two original one acts at Access Theatre. In February, she will be directing Caryl Churchill's THE SKRIKER at HERE.   Annie is the co-founder of warner | shaw where she created and directed The Latvia Project (Dixon Place, Indiana University Paul Artist Residency), SIX SEEDS: The Persephone Project (Theatre at the Tank, Space on White) and TREE ARMY: The CCC Project (Figment  Governors Island). Other recent credits include AMANUENSiS by Lauren Feldman (Northwoods Theatre Company) and Eyes, Stones by Elana Bell, which Annie co-adapted with Bell (The Green Building).  Annie is a member of the Lincoln Center Theatre Directors Lab, an associate member of SDC and is a founding member of the literary series SWEET! Elizabeth Tolson (Designer) began showing work in 2010 after graduating from Alfred University with her BFA. Her work has been exhibited in galleries such as the Target Gallery, Alexandria, VA; The Washington Project for the Arts Experimental Media Series at The Philips Collection in Washington D.C., and Chichifritos in New York City where she showed alongside an idol, Stenia Vasulka. Along with showing her work she has given several artist talks, one being at the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg Russia where she traveled with a curation committee. Elizabeth recently graduated from Parsons with an MFA in Design and Technology.
