Did you know that Montréal is a highly creative and green gastronomic destination? Come and see for yourself meeting the chefs and entrepreneurs that cook up the most innovative ideas and dishes in the service of health and ecology...tasting all the way!
We will lead you through Montreal's green underbelly and urban cultures, cycling through the Plateau and Mile End. The new urban luxury is synonymous with community, health and vitality.
In the vain of haute cuisine, our chefs will serve you pure deliciousness that is also full of energy. You will see styles of cuisine and business models that are completely out of the ordinary: from urban farms, to restaurants, to a workshop you will be shocked by the phenomenon that you find in your plate!
This gastronomic expedition lasts 4 hours and includes a gastronomic guide, a living foods course, various tastings, a whole meal and the bike, helmut and lock for during the expedition. It costs $175 + tx per participant. Gratuities for the gastronomic guide are not included in the price, however they are for the visited establishments.
*If you require a transportation option beyond bicycles, you wish to consume alcohol, a celebration cake, team-building activities, a place to have a party, all of these features are available for an additional cost. |
