Join us for a free-flowing, meditative dance and experience the healing power of Chakradance. With eclectic music selected to resonate with each specific chakra, along with guided imagery, Chakradance will take you on a spiritual journey, free the energy in your body and open you to a deeper experience of life.
Chakradance aims to restore health to our chakras the energy centers that, in Eastern tradition, are the gateways to integrating mind, body and spirit. In a small, safe group setting, we move with eyes softly closed and our attention turned inwards - for Chakradance is about making a connection with our inner world the world of our imagination, feelings, intuition and senses. Each dance is followed by creating mandala art and an integration meditation. These dances are deeply healing and help you to gain insights and clarity into your life. Attending regularly will result in your energy shifting and blockages slowly dissolving - you will find yourself moving into more balanced states and feeling vitally energized and alive.
Ages 18 and older. No dance experience or prior knowledge of the chakras is necessary. Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.
Drop in rate is $20 per class - prepaid 9 week series rate is $135.00. Space is limited to 12 so please register in advance to secure your spot. (Cash or Check only at the door.)
