Learn to release negative energy, protect yourself from other's stress and live a more relaxed, calm life.

If you're in a healing profession, work with clients on trauma, or are in any kind of a role working with many people, this class is for you. Often we take on the energy of those we work with and it is helpful to learn ways to release that so we can avoid burnout and stress.

In this class Katrina Dreamer, MA, will teach grounding, clearing, centering and relaxation exercises. She has been practicing meditation for six years and has been trained as an energy healer.
