Chef Anna and Health Coach Liz are going to inspire you, show you, and motivate you how to make a difference on your dinner plate.
Join us for a workshop on simple substitutions where by changing a few key ingredients, you can make your dish healthier and tastier.
About the facilitators:
Liz Freeman Abel is a health coach, helping people just like you make small, sustainable changes to their health and lifestyle. Liz registered with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners after completing her health-coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2012. Liz is now completing a MS, Nutrition + Integrative Health.
Chef Anna Brown specializes in In-home cooking of delicious healthy meals. Anna's experience includes, among working at the Rose Tree Inn in Media, PA, a ten-year career at the Mendenhall Inn. Anna is creative in the kitchen, using whole foods and quality ingredients, that proves healthy is delicious. She's bringing food back to life! |
