Millwright's is presenting an exciting series of dinners here at the restaurant. In the name of collaboration and creativity we will be hosting a guest chef here to do a dinner every month. These dinners are collaborations, so they should yield a very unique (hopefully delicious) culinary experience. The dinners will take place in our dining room, you will be have an opportunity to interact with the chefs, ask questions, throw paper airplanes, whatever. These will be very limited number dinners and will be in a multi course tasting menu format with beverage pairings. April 24th we will be hosting our second "Dinners with Friends" and are excited to announce that our Guest Chef will be the great Billy Grant. Chef Grant needs no introduction and is truly a legend in Ct. dining. As a Chef/Owner of his own wildly successful restaurants, Chef Grant has been a great mentor to Tyler along his way. We are very excited to cook with him! It will be a pleasure to have Chef at Millwright's and you'd better jump on this one because tickets are sure to go quickly!
