2013 REC Skills Assessment: Make Up Session (Level 2, 3) - May 18th

This one-time event is a skills assessment for skaters aged 18+ who wish to be evaluated so that they may begin training in Gotham Girls Roller Derby Basic Training 2 or the GGRD Recreational League (previously level 3).

Skaters will be tested on skating skills, balance, falls, controlled stops and ability to safely participate in contact drills to determine their readiness to begin scrimmaging.

Skaters must provide all of their own skates and gear. Full protective gear, including knee pads, wrist guards, elbow pads and helmet must be worn at all times.

You must have your own skates, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, helmet, and mouthguard. In addition, all participants will be required to provide proof of WFTDA insurance.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel this class with one week of notice in the case of insufficient interest. In the event of cancellation, skaters will be issued a refund.
