Due to the overwhelming response from our newly-announced Drop-In Book Groups, we've expanded the series! We're ecstatic to announce the addition of Literary Affairs Couples Book Groups! Similarly modeled on the Algonquin Round Table of 1920's Manhattan, these special evening groups will be for COUPLES ONLY! This evenings promise an engaging discussion in an elegant environment, and feature books selected specifically for couples by our own Julie Robinson.
Our Couple Book Groups will be held at the beautiful Porta Via Restaurant in Beverly Hills, and for our first two Couple Groups in May and June we are offering a SPECIAL PRICE of $35 per couple.* Food and beverage is not included, but all our guests will have full access to Porta Via's delicious menu and Happy Hour specials.
Our first Couple Book Group on Tuesday, May 21 at 7pm will feature The Dinner by Herman Koch, the story of two familes struggling with a life-changing decision, all over a single meal.
