Zach Strenger, principal bartender and brand ambassador at Great Northern Distilling, will lead a hands-on course on craft cocktails at the distillery in Plover, WI. You will learn about the craft cocktail movement, about bar tools and how to use them, and drink making techniques to help you create craft cocktails at home!
In groups, you will make 4 classic Great Northern cocktail recipes [;License to Spill, Rumbo, Frangipane, and Whiskey Sour];; each one revealing different components of cocktail creation and techniques. You will also be provided a packet to take home full of additional cocktail information, recipes, and other resources.
